Anna Louise Chesher spent 10 days at the MELBOURNE RUNNING CAMP in January. She did at least 3 sessions a day- anything from Running (including trails, a Parkrun, track session, Long Run) strength Work, technique drills, aqua sessions at the pool and open water swims in the bay, plus had her meals and snacks provided and discussed 2018 goals with detailed planning.
