The winner of the SWEAT performance of the month for January 2015 is Alex Rogers. The mega hilly Sun Run 10km from Dee Why to Manly was run by Alex in 33.00, which gained him 4th position out of 5000+ runners. Alex has been training hard in the summer months for the upcoming Tokyo Marathon, with the Sun Run being his final lead up race. The increased weekly mileage, plenty of long “marathon paced” runs, a Jindabyne training camp and great consistency have been the keys to Alex hitting some amazing form. Well done Alex.
